About the Role

Topspot Media Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic field officer to be the on-ground ambassador of our brand. You will identify and conduct factory and industrial visits, secure shoot permissions, coordinate with videographers, and submit daily reports, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in the field, enjoys pitching ideas, and builds strong professional relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and find new factories and industrial areas for potential collaboration.
• Conduct field visits to factories and industrial areas.
• Secure permissions from owners and managers for content shoots and factory access.
• Pitch our brand to decision-makers, explaining the purpose and benefit of shoots.
• Coordinate with videographers to ensure smooth execution of content production.
• Submit a daily report of visits, approvals, and factory feedback.
• Report insights and opportunities to the team.
• Ensure professional representation of our brand and compliance with company policies.

Qualification & Skills:

• Education: Minimum Intermediate (12th grade) required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, field operations, or business development.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and pitching skills.
• Comfortable visiting multiple locations daily and interacting with decision-makers.
• Reliable transportation (motorbike) is a must.
• Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented.
