Job Summary:

The Store Officer is responsible for managing store inventory, maintaining stock records, ensuring proper storage of materials, and supporting smooth daily store operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials and supplies.
  • Maintain accurate stock records, issuance, and receipts.
  • Update inventory levels and prepare daily/weekly stock reports.
  • Ensure proper labeling, stacking, and safe storage of items.
  • Coordinate with procurement, accounts, and operations departments.
  • Conduct periodic stock counts and report variances.
  • Monitor stock levels to avoid shortages or overstocking.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store area.
  • Follow company procedures for material issuance and returns.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Minimum Intermediate qualification.
  • Prior experience in storekeeping or warehouse operations.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel preferred).
  • Strong record-keeping and organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Experience in store operations (inventory handling, stock management)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs35,000.00 per month
