The Store Manger is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the cosmetic retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining product displays, managing inventory, and achieving sales targets. The role requires strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, along with a keen eye for beauty and cosmetics trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
  • Manage and motivate sales staff to achieve individual and store sales targets.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and product knowledge.
  • Maintain attractive and organized product displays according to brand guidelines.
  • Monitor stock levels, handle inventory control, and coordinate with the supply chain for replenishment.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, cash handling, and daily reporting.
  • Implement promotional activities and in-store campaigns effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and hygiene protocols.
  • Train and develop staff in product knowledge, grooming, and customer service.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or equivalent experience in retail management or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in retail operations, preferably in cosmetics, skincare, or beauty products.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Good understanding of retail sales techniques and beauty industry trends.
  • Proficient in MS Office and POS systems.
  • Presentable appearance and professional attitude.

Work Environment:

  • Store-based role with extended hours or weekend shifts as required.
  • Interaction with customers, staff, and brand representatives regularly.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
