Branch Manager - Lahore

We are looking for a Branch Manager who can handle Branch Opertaions Queries, Customer Services, etc.

Job Summary:

The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing all operational, administrative, and customer service functions at the branch. The role involves ensuring efficient day-to-day operations, leading the branch team, achieving sales and service targets, and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

i: Supervise and manage overall branch operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to company policies.

ii: Oversee customer service activities, ensuring prompt and professional handling of customer inquiries and complaints.

iii: Conduct product briefings and training sessions to enhance staff knowledge and customer awareness of company products and services.

iv: Monitor branch performance, set targets, and implement strategies to achieve business objectives.

v: Ensure compliance with operational guidelines, company standards, and safety procedures.

vi: Manage cash handling, inventory control, and administrative documentation.

vii: Coordinate with head office departments for logistics, HR, finance, and IT-related matters.

viii: Review and approve daily reports, reconciliations, and transaction summaries.

ix: Lead, motivate, and evaluate branch staff to ensure productivity and service excellence.

x: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and local stakeholders.Required
