Holidays Hub is a trusted travel agency specializing in Umrah, Hajj, and international travel packages. We are committed to providing professional, reliable, and customer-focused travel experiences. We are seeking an experienced and proactive Manager to lead our Wapda Town branch operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all daily operations of the agency, including Umrah, Hajj, and other travel packages.
  • Handle customer complaints and complex service issues promptly and professionally.
  • Manage documentation, visa processing, ticketing, and travel arrangements.
  • Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets and monitor team performance.
  • Supervise, train, and mentor staff to maintain high-quality customer service standards.
  • Develop and implement business strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor financial performance
  • Conduct staff performance reviews and ensure accountability.
  • Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and service providers for best pricing and service.
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi and Pakistani travel regulations.
  • Maintain organized administrative and financial records.
  • Meet deadlines and manage workflow efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Organize and manage marketing campaigns, promotions, and client engagement initiatives.
  • Monitor industry trends and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency.
  • Ensure the branch maintains a high level of professionalism, hygiene, and safety standards.
  • Act as the point of escalation for critical issues and decision-making.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Tourism, or a related field (preferred) or relevant experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a travel agency or Hajj/Umrah operations.
  • Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to handle complex complaints and resolve client issues.
  • Very good English speaking and writing skills are required; Urdu required, Arabic a plus.
  • Knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre) is an advantage.
  • Ability to manage budgets, reports, and branch performance metrics.
  • Must be available for the 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM shift.
  • Must be fluent in English

Pay: Rs65,000.00 - Rs110,000.00 per month
