Role Description:

The Pre-Sales Representative for Key Accounts is responsible for supporting the sales cycle by understanding customer needs, preparing tailored solutions, delivering product demonstrations, and ensuring that key accounts receive high-quality pre-sales support. This role works closely with the Sales, Product, and technical teams to convert opportunities into successful business.

Skills/ Experience:

· Monitor and achieve route core objectives, including volume growth, consistently throughout the year.

· Drive new business development and ensure retention of existing customers.

· Maintain a consistent physical presence in the route through planned and unplanned market visits.

· Develop and strengthen relationships with assigned key accounts.

· Track pre-sales activities, pipeline status, and customer requirements daily.

· Support sales forecasting and contribute to strategic planning for key account outlets.

· Utilize strong communication, presentation, and customer-facing skills to influence outcomes.

· Monitor sales performance metrics and actively contribute to achieving revenue targets.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field.

· 1–3+ years in pre-sales, sales support, or account management.

· Experience in managing large accounts across multiple regions (experience in Beverages FMCG preferred).

· Good understanding of daily sales processes and customer management
