Role Summary
We are looking for a results driven deal hunter who knows how to win projects on Upwork and generate consistent leads through LinkedIn and email. If you can turn cold prospects into warm conversations this role is for you.​

Key Responsibilities

  • Daily Upwork bidding with tailored high converting proposals
  • Proven lead generation through Upwork LinkedIn and email
  • Building and managing a steady sales pipeline
  • LinkedIn outreach connection requests and follow ups
  • Executing cold and warm email campaigns
  • Tracking leads responses and conversions
  • Working closely with internal teams for accurate pitches

Requirements

  • Proven track record of lead generation
  • Strong experience with Upwork project bidding
  • Excellent written English and sales communication
  • Hands on LinkedIn outreach experience
  • Basic email marketing and funnel understanding

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
