Job descriptionThe Nursing Superintendent is responsible for the overall administration and management of nursing services in a healthcare facility. This role ensures the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care through efficient resource management, staff supervision, and adherence to clinical and ethical standards.Key Responsibilities:Administrative &amp; Leadership Duties:<ul><li>Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the nursing department.</li><li>Develop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and best practices.</li><li>Maintain adequate staffing levels by preparing duty rosters and managing staff rotations.</li><li>Conduct regular staff meetings and training sessions to ensure team alignment and skill development.</li><li>Coordinate with physicians, department heads, and hospital management to maintain smooth operations.</li></ul>Quality &amp; Patient Care:<ul><li>Monitor and evaluate the quality of patient care provided by the nursing staff.</li><li>Ensure adherence to infection control protocols, patient safety guidelines, and hospital standards.</li><li>Address patient complaints and grievances related to nursing services.</li></ul>Staff Supervision &amp; Development:<ul><li>Recruit, train, and evaluate nursing staff performance.</li><li>Identify training needs and facilitate professional development programs.</li><li>Ensure compliance with nursing licensing and credentialing requirements.</li></ul>Resource &amp; Inventory Management:<ul><li>Monitor use and availability of medical supplies, equipment, and pharmaceuticals.</li><li>Maintain nursing records, patient charts, and departmental reports.</li></ul>Compliance &amp; Auditing:<ul><li>Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and institutional policies.</li><li>Support internal and external audits and implement corrective measures as needed.</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Minimum 810 years of clinical nursing experience, with at least 35 years in a supervisory or administrative role.</li></ul>Skills:<ul><li>Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Proficient in hospital management systems and electronic medical records.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and handle emergencies effectively.</li></ul>Preferred Attributes:<ul><li>Certification in Healthcare Administration or Hospital Management.</li><li>Experience in NABH/JCI-accredited hospitals.</li></ul>Skills/Qualifications:<ul><li>M.Sc Nursing / B.Sc Nursing / P.C.B.Sc Nursing / GNM. :</li><li>Registration with the relevant nursing council.</li><li>Knowledge of nursing principles, practices and latest techniques</li><li>Knowledge of laws and regulations governing general professional nursing practices.</li><li>Skill in leadership, supervisory practices and principles and maintaining effective working</li><li>relationships through team work.</li><li>Skill in both verbal and written communication.</li><li>Computer skills are mandatory.</li></ul>Job Type: PermanentPay: ₹16,310.50 - ₹40,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person

Job Summary:The Medical Record Technician is responsible for maintaining accurate, complete, and confidential patient medical records. The role ensures proper documentation, coding, storage, and retrieval of medical records in compliance with hospital policies, legal requirements, and healthcare standards.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Collect, assemble, analyze, and maintain patient medical records.</li><li>Ensure completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of medical documentation.</li><li>File, retrieve, and track inpatient and outpatient records.</li><li>Maintain confidentiality and security of medical records as per hospital policy.</li><li>Assist doctors and clinical staff by providing patient records when required.</li><li>Update electronic medical records (EMR/HIS) accurately.</li><li>Prepare reports and statistics related to admissions, discharges, and procedures.</li><li>Support audits, medico-legal cases, insurance, and NABH/JCI documentation.</li><li>Identify missing documents and follow up with concerned departments.</li><li>Maintain record retention and disposal as per policy.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills:<ul><li>Diploma or Degree in Medical Record Technology / Health Information Management.</li><li>Knowledge of medical terminology and clinical documentation.</li><li>Familiarity with hospital information systems.</li><li>Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Word)</li><li>Attention to detail and organizational skills.</li><li>Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Fresher / 1&ndash;3 years of experience in a hospital medical records department preferred.</li></ul>Key Competencies:<ul><li>Accuracy and data integrity</li><li>Time management</li><li>Communication skills</li><li>Compliance and documentation standards.</li></ul>Location: SolapurJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
