Hiring a maintenance/waste management worker for community with 508 homesites on scenic 30A. Full time day shift available. Weekends off. Driving record must adhere to insurance requirements. Benefits include PTO, Medical insurance, retirement plan, and bonuses available.Job duties include (but not limited to) pulling trash barrels from house to street twice a week, returning trash barrels to house twice a week, picking up trash around community, maintaining doggie waste stations, empty community garbage cans, clean restrooms, clean office areas, ensure street signs are clean and walking trails are kept clean and free of litter.
