Maintenance/Janitorial/Waste Management Worker

Hiring a maintenance/waste management worker for community with 508 homesites on scenic 30A. Full time day shift available. Weekends off. Driving record must adhere to insurance requirements. Job duties include (but not limited to) pulling trash barrels from house to street twice a week, returning trash barrels to house twice a week, picking up trash around community, maintaining doggie waste stations, empty community garbage cans, clean restrooms, clean office areas, ensure street signs are clean and walking trails are kept clean and free of litter. Other tasks are assigned as needed throughout the year.

No experience required, but must be willing to work in all types of weather.

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
