We have a full time position open for a motivated, team player.Responsibilities will include:-Data entry, filing, document proofreading and maintaining accurate records. Managing paperwork for accounts payables and accounts receivables.-Daily billing and other bookkeeping tasks using in-house software-Assist with inventory management-Supporting management and co-workers in maintaining a smooth and efficient operation-Professional phone and customer service etiquetteExperience:-Previous office or clerical experience-Proficient and accurate with numbers-Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)Pay: $68,000.00 - $75,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
