Office Assistant

We are seeking highly organized, detail oriented Office Assistant to join our team! We have a full time position open for a motivated, team player.

Responsibilities will include:

-Data entry, filing, document proofreading and maintaining accurate records. Managing paperwork for accounts payables and accounts receivables.

-Daily billing and other bookkeeping tasks using in-house software

-Assist with inventory management

-Supporting management and co-workers in maintaining a smooth and efficient operation

-Professional phone and customer service etiquette

Experience:

-Previous office or clerical experience

-Proficient and accurate with numbers

-Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)

Pay: $68,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
