The candidate should be capable of handling end-to-end performance marketing operations, managing teams, scaling revenue, and driving ROI for multiple client accounts.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy &amp; Growth<ul><li>Design and execute full-funnel performance marketing strategies for B2B &amp; B2C brands.</li><li>Develop scalable growth frameworks for lead generation, eCommerce, and brand performance.</li><li>Identify growth opportunities using data insights and performance trends.</li><li>Build high-performing account structures for long-term scalability.</li></ul>Paid Media ExpertiseHands-on experience in:<ul><li>Google Ads Suite</li><li>Search Ads</li><li>Display Ads</li><li>Performance Max (PMAX)</li><li>Discovery Ads</li><li>YouTube Ads</li><li>Meta Ads (Facebook &amp; Instagram)</li><li>LinkedIn Ads (Lead Gen, Website Traffic, Retargeting)</li><li>Other platforms such as Twitter/X Ads, Native Ads, etc. (added advantage)</li></ul>Execution &amp; Optimization<ul><li>Campaign creation, tracking implementation, A/B testing, funnel building.</li><li>Deep understanding of conversion tracking, GA4, GTM, pixels, CAPI, offline conversions.</li><li>Advanced optimization using ROAS, CPL, CPA, LTV, attribution models.</li><li>Budget scaling strategies with controlled risk.</li></ul>Reporting &amp; Analytics<ul><li>Prepare actionable performance reports with insights.</li><li>Analyze metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, ROAS, Conversion Rate, Funnel Drop-offs.</li><li>Maintain dashboards and performance documentation.</li></ul>Team Handling<ul><li>Lead and mentor junior performance marketers.</li><li>Build SOPs, execution frameworks, and internal training systems.</li><li>Conduct regular review meetings and performance audits.</li><li>Coordinate with SEO, Social Media, Design &amp; Sales teams.</li></ul>Client &amp; Business Development Support<ul><li>Participate in strategy discussions with sales and clients.</li><li>Help convert high-ticket prospects using performance projections.</li><li>Create proposals, projections &amp; campaign roadmaps.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>6-8 years of hands-on performance marketing experience in an agency environment.</li><li>Strong knowledge of PMAX, Search, Display, Discovery, Meta &amp; LinkedIn Ads.</li><li>Experience handling monthly ad spends from ₹3 Lakhs to ₹50 Lakhs+.</li><li>Proven track record of scaling campaigns profitably.</li><li>Excellent English communication skills &ndash; written &amp; verbal.</li><li>Strong analytical &amp; problem-solving ability.</li><li>Leadership mindset with ownership mentality.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Growth-focused environment with leadership exposure.</li><li>Opportunity to build and lead the Performance Marketing vertical.</li><li>Performance-linked career progression.</li><li>Long-term association with a growing agency brand.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Up to ₹60,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
