Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Performance Marketing Manager who will lead, strategize, and execute paid marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. The candidate should be capable of handling end-to-end performance marketing operations, managing teams, scaling revenue, and driving ROI for multiple client accounts.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Growth

  • Design and execute full-funnel performance marketing strategies for B2B & B2C brands.
  • Develop scalable growth frameworks for lead generation, eCommerce, and brand performance.
  • Identify growth opportunities using data insights and performance trends.
  • Build high-performing account structures for long-term scalability.

Paid Media Expertise

Hands-on experience in:

  • Google Ads Suite
  • Search Ads
  • Display Ads
  • Performance Max (PMAX)
  • Discovery Ads
  • YouTube Ads
  • Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
  • LinkedIn Ads (Lead Gen, Website Traffic, Retargeting)
  • Other platforms such as Twitter/X Ads, Native Ads, etc. (added advantage)

Execution & Optimization

  • Campaign creation, tracking implementation, A/B testing, funnel building.
  • Deep understanding of conversion tracking, GA4, GTM, pixels, CAPI, offline conversions.
  • Advanced optimization using ROAS, CPL, CPA, LTV, attribution models.
  • Budget scaling strategies with controlled risk.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Prepare actionable performance reports with insights.
  • Analyze metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, ROAS, Conversion Rate, Funnel Drop-offs.
  • Maintain dashboards and performance documentation.

Team Handling

  • Lead and mentor junior performance marketers.
  • Build SOPs, execution frameworks, and internal training systems.
  • Conduct regular review meetings and performance audits.
  • Coordinate with SEO, Social Media, Design & Sales teams.

Client & Business Development Support

  • Participate in strategy discussions with sales and clients.
  • Help convert high-ticket prospects using performance projections.
  • Create proposals, projections & campaign roadmaps.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 6-8 years of hands-on performance marketing experience in an agency environment.
  • Strong knowledge of PMAX, Search, Display, Discovery, Meta & LinkedIn Ads.
  • Experience handling monthly ad spends from ₹3 Lakhs to ₹50 Lakhs+.
  • Proven track record of scaling campaigns profitably.
  • Excellent English communication skills – written & verbal.
  • Strong analytical & problem-solving ability.
  • Leadership mindset with ownership mentality.
