Role Overview :

We are looking for a passionate and performance-driven E Brand Manager to lead category development, brand growth, profitability for our consumer healthcare portfolio. This role blends brand building with high-impact performance marketing across e-commerce and quick commerce channels, requiring strong data orientation and hands-on campaign optimization experience .This position is responsible for performance marketing budget as an owner and works closely with marketing team and key accounts team to build & execute e-commerce campaigns. The candidate will operate in a multi-cultural, cross-functional environment, working closely with regional and global brand custodians while driving India-specific, performance-led strategies that translate consumer insights into impactful execution


Key Responsibilities

E-Commerce Strategy:

  • Build and lead platform strategy for different health care categories
  • Plan investment and deployment to reach brand goals
  • Experiment and bring learnings to build penetration, consideration and conversion for the brand
  • Work closely with performance marketing agency and marketing for operational plans including calendarization of investments, events, etc.
  • Be the owner of performance marketing spends and their effective utilization
  • Partner with categories, customers and internal stakeholders to drive ambitious offtakes
  • Input insights from customers, consumer funnel, competition etc. to marketing and key accounts team to fine tune business
  • Actively participate in brand discussions, initiatives etc. brining in the e-commerce perspective.
  • Be the end-to-end brand owner for e-commerce with co-ownership of channel profitability along with brand and key accounts.


E-Commerce & Quick Commerce Performance Marketing:

  • Own and drive the brand’s performance marketing agenda across Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, and FirstCry etc. Work closely with performance agencies and platform teams to optimize ROAS, CPC, ACOS, visibility share, and conversion rates.
  • Lead always-on campaign planning, keyword strategy, paid media optimization, and platform algorithm management.
  • Manage PDP content, A+ pages, ratings, reviews, and SEO performance to maximize discoverability.
  • Partner with e-commerce sales teams on assortment, pricing, traffic drivers, and promotional levers to deliver monthly targets. • Build and present detailed performance dashboards, cohort insights, and growth experiments to India, regional, and global teams.


Business & P&L Ownership :

  • Own the category P&L, ensuring topline growth, marketing efficiency, and profitability.
  • Track sales performance, marketing spends, contribution margins, and ROI by channel.
  • Develop and maintain Excel dashboards for forecasting and profitability analysis.
  • Prepare sharp, visual PowerPoint presentations for monthly business reviews and global updates.
  • Collaborate closely with finance, supply chain, and sales teams for effective planning and execution.


Stakeholder & Agency Management:

  • Manage relationships with creative, performance marketing, to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Work cross-functionally with global and regional brand custodians, manufacturers, and legal/regulatory SMEs.
  • Align all stakeholders on brand objectives, timelines, and performance KPIs.
  • Lead communication between India, regional, and global teams to ensure brand alignment and compliance


Role Requirements:

  • MBA/PGDM in Marketing from Tier 1 or Tier 2 institute.
  • Experience:4–6 years of experience in performance/e-commerce marketing within FMCG / OTC / Consumer Healthcare.
  • Hands-on understanding of e-commerce and quick commerce dynamics.
  • Experience working with cross-functional and cross-cultural teams, including global brand custodians.
  • Proven track record in managing agencies, regulatory coordination, and P&L accountability.
