We&rsquo;re a small neighborhood shop with a loyal regular crowd, great energy, and a team-first culture. We&rsquo;re looking for an experienced barista who loves coffee and is happy to jump in wherever needed. In a small shop, everyone helps with everything &mdash; from espresso drinks to sandwiches to scooping ice cream to keeping the place running smoothly.What We&rsquo;re Looking For:<ul><li>Previous barista experience required</li><li>Confident on espresso machines, milk steaming, drink quality, and working efficiently during rushes</li><li>Friendly, warm personality with strong customer service skills</li><li>Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated</li><li>Comfortable learning all areas of the shop and pitching in wherever needed</li><li>Enjoys getting to know regulars and building community</li><li>LGBTQ+ affirming and committed to creating an inclusive, respectful environment for customers and coworkers</li><li>Able to multitask, stay organized, and keep calm under pressure</li></ul>Responsibilities:<ul><li>Prepare espresso drinks, teas, and other beverages with consistency</li><li>Assist with sandwich prep and food service</li><li>Scoop and serve ice cream</li><li>Greet customers and provide excellent service across all areas of the shop</li><li>Handle register/POS transactions accurately</li><li>Keep the shop clean, stocked, and welcoming</li><li>Opening and/or closing duties depending on shift</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Supportive, community-minded workplace</li><li>Loyal regular customers who appreciate good service</li><li>Variety in the workday and a true team environment</li><li>Flexible scheduling</li><li>Competitive pay + tips (averaging $7-$11/hr currently - more in the summer)</li></ul>To Apply: Send your resume and a short note about your experience and why you&rsquo;d be a great fit.If you love people, great coffee, and being part of a small team where everyone matters, we&rsquo;d love to meet you.Job Type: Part-timePay: $17.13 - $18.25 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Employee discount</li><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Paid training</li></ul>Work Location: In person
