Job Summary:We are looking for a Logistics Executive with experience in logistics operations, inventory control, and international shipping. If you enjoy solving operational challenges, we&rsquo;d like to hear from you.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Handle end-to-end shipping documentation</li><li>Prepare invoices and packing lists</li><li>Coordinate and oversee logistics operations across GCC countries</li><li>Liaise with drivers, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth operations</li><li>Ensure timely delivery and collection</li><li>Supervise packing and unpacking for incoming and outgoing shipments</li><li>Negotiate and obtain competitive rates from shipping agents</li><li>Resolve issues related to delayed or stuck shipments</li><li>Manage international shipments including export/import documentation, freight forwarder coordination, and customs clearance</li></ul>Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in any discipline</li><li>1&ndash;2 years of experience in logistics or supply chain</li><li>Good knowledge of customs procedures and shipping documentation</li><li>Experience with ERP systems is an advantage</li><li>Strong MS Excel and documentation skills</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: QAR4,000.00 - QAR6,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
