We are looking for a smart and dynamic HR Manager to Join our team.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Implementing and managing HR policies and procedures</li><li>Managing recruitment processes, including resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks</li><li>Maintaining employee records and updating HR databases</li><li>Managing employee benefits and compensation packages</li><li>Conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to employees</li><li>Addressing employee relations issues and resolving conflicts</li><li>Ensuring compliance with labour laws and regulations</li><li>Preparing and presenting HR-related reports to management</li><li>Planning, directing and coordinating the administrative function of an organization.</li></ul>Qualifications and Skills:<ul><li>Strong knowledge of HR practices, labour laws, and regulations.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Leadership and decision-making abilities.</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master&rsquo;s preferred).</li><li>5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
