Logistics Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Logistics Executive with experience in logistics operations, inventory control, and international shipping. If you enjoy solving operational challenges, we’d like to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end shipping documentation
• Prepare invoices and packing lists
• Coordinate and oversee logistics operations across GCC countries
• Liaise with drivers, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth operations
• Ensure timely delivery and collection
• Supervise packing and unpacking for incoming and outgoing shipments
• Negotiate and obtain competitive rates from shipping agents
• Resolve issues related to delayed or stuck shipments
• Manage international shipments including export/import documentation, freight forwarder coordination, and customs clearance

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• 1–2 years of experience in logistics or supply chain
• Good knowledge of customs procedures and shipping documentation
• Experience with ERP systems is an advantage
• Strong MS Excel and documentation skills

Pay: QAR4,000.00 - QAR6,000.00 per month
