Job Title: Bike Rider / AccountantJob Summary:The Bike Rider / Accountant is responsible for supporting daily accounting activities while handling bank deposits, document collection, and other external operational tasks using a company bike. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage both administrative and field responsibilities efficiently.Key Responsibilities: Accounting Duties<ul><li>Assist in recording daily financial transactions.</li><li>Maintain and update accounting records and files.</li><li>Prepare invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers.</li><li>Support reconciliation of cash, bank statements, and petty cash.</li><li>Assist in preparing financial reports as requested by management.</li><li>Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records.</li></ul>Bike Rider / Field Duties<ul><li>Deposit cash and cheques in the bank.</li><li>Collect documents, payments, and invoices from clients or suppliers.</li><li>Deliver official documents to banks, government offices, and business partners.</li><li>Handle company-related errands and external administrative tasks.</li><li>Ensure timely and safe delivery and collection of documents.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>High school diploma or Degree/Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field.</li><li>Valid motorbike driving license (UAE ).</li><li>Basic knowledge of accounting principles.</li><li>Familiarity with MS Excel and accounting software is an advantage.</li><li>Good communication and organizational skills.</li><li>Ability to manage both office and field responsibilities.</li><li>Preference will be given to candidates who can speak Malayalam or Tamil.</li></ul>Skills:<ul><li>Attention to detail</li><li>Time management</li><li>Basic bookkeeping knowledge</li><li>Reliability and integrity</li><li>Ability to work independently</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Do you speak Malayalam or Tamil?</li><li>Do you have a valid UAE Bike license?</li></ul>Work Location: In person
