Bike rider/ Accountant

Job Title: Bike Rider / Accountant

Job Summary:

The Bike Rider / Accountant is responsible for supporting daily accounting activities while handling bank deposits, document collection, and other external operational tasks using a company bike. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage both administrative and field responsibilities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities: Accounting Duties

  • Assist in recording daily financial transactions.
  • Maintain and update accounting records and files.
  • Prepare invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers.
  • Support reconciliation of cash, bank statements, and petty cash.
  • Assist in preparing financial reports as requested by management.
  • Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records.

Bike Rider / Field Duties

  • Deposit cash and cheques in the bank.
  • Collect documents, payments, and invoices from clients or suppliers.
  • Deliver official documents to banks, government offices, and business partners.
  • Handle company-related errands and external administrative tasks.
  • Ensure timely and safe delivery and collection of documents.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or Degree/Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Valid motorbike driving license (UAE ).
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
  • Familiarity with MS Excel and accounting software is an advantage.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage both office and field responsibilities.
  • Preference will be given to candidates who can speak Malayalam or Tamil.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
