We are seeking a highly motivated and versatile Accountant to join our growing team. This role combines accounting responsibilities with execution and coordination, ensuring smooth operations from financial management to customer acquisition and relationship maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Analysis – Capability to review and interpret financial statements.

Client Relationship Management – Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Accounting & Tax Knowledge – Understanding of UAE tax regulations, VAT laws, and basic accounting principles.

Negotiation & Persuasion – Ability to present and explain financial services convincingly.

Gathering payroll expenses and input into appropriate entry line

Analyzing financial statements and preparing balance sheets

Monitoring daily communications and answering any queries

Preparing statutory accounts

Ensuring that payments, amounts, and records are accurate.

Working with spreadsheets, sales and purchase ledgers and journals

Recording and filing cash transactions

Controlling credit and chasing debt

Invoice processing and filing

Processing expense requests for the accountant to approve

Bank reconciliation

Liaising with third party providers, clients and suppliers

Updating and maintaining procedural documentation

Required Qualifications & Experience:

· 2-3 years of experience in an accountant-related role (preferred).

· Basic knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and UAE taxation

· Proficiency in MS Excel, financial software, and CRM tools (preferred).

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration).

Languages:

• Strong communication and presentation skills in English (It’s a must)
• Hindi (is a plus)
• Arabic (is a plus)
