<div>Marketing Coordinator &ndash; Email &amp; Web

Seattle Boat Company is seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support email marketing and website management across our family of marine and lifestyle brands.

This role is ideal for a marketing professional who enjoys both creative and technical execution and is comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. The position focuses heavily on email campaign production, website updates, digital content management, and marketing coordination.

The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, time-sensitive, and highly detail-oriented, with a strong interest in outdoor and active lifestyle marketing. 
Key Responsibilities

Email Marketing
<ul>
<li>Build, schedule, test, and deploy email marketing campaigns using HubSpot or similar ESP platforms</li>
<li>Manage and maintain the email marketing calendar</li>
<li>Coordinate campaign assets, audience lists, CTAs, and workflows</li>
<li>Draft, proofread, and format email content aligned with brand standards</li>
<li>Assist with audience segmentation and database organization</li>
<li>Execute A/B testing to improve engagement and conversion performance</li>
<li>Monitor campaign metrics including open rates, click-through rates, and conversions</li>
<li>Prepare regular performance reports and recommendations</li></ul> 


Website Management &amp; Digital Content
<ul>
<li>Maintain and update website content across multiple brand websites</li>
<li>Create and update landing pages, banners, forms, and promotional content</li>
<li>Upload and optimize images and digital assets</li>
<li>Conduct regular website QA for formatting issues, broken links, and content accuracy</li>
<li>Support basic SEO implementation including metadata, alt text, and on-page optimization</li>
<li>Ensure mobile responsiveness and overall user experience quality</li>
<li>Format, publish &amp; distribute press releases and blog content using established templates and SEO/AEO guidelines</li></ul> 


Additional Marketing Support
<ul>
<li>Assist with event marketing and promotional coordination</li>
<li>Support light social media scheduling and content updates</li>
<li>Collaborate with the marketing team on campaign execution and digital initiatives</li></ul> 


Team Collaboration
<ul>
<li>Communicate proactively with leadership to ensure tasks stay on track and priorities remain clear</li>
<li>Coordinate with on-site and remote teams while staying aligned with the broader marketing department</li></ul> 


Qualifications &amp; Skills

Required
<ul>
<li>1&ndash;3 years of experience in email marketing, digital marketing, website management or related roles</li>
<li>Experience with HubSpot, Mailchimp, WordPress, Wix, Shopify, or similar platforms</li>
<li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines</li>
</ul><ul><li>Strong independent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Ability to work independently within established systems and direction</li>
<li>Ability to manage deadlines and multiple projects simultaneously</li></ul> 


Preferred / Nice to Have
<ul>
<li>Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus</li>
<li>Passion for being outdoors and on the water</li>
<li>Experience boating</li></ul> 


Working Style

This role prioritizes reliable execution and follow-through. While creativity is valued, success is measured by accuracy, timeliness, and consistency across marketing deliverables. Clear priorities, templates, and brand guidelines are provided. 
Compensation
<ul>
<li>$24-$26/hr DOE</li></ul>
