As a Host, you&rsquo;ll manage reservations, coordinate seating, and ensure smooth guest flow, all while showcasing your hospitality expertise. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your customer service skills in a lively, fast-paced environment where every day is different and full of positive energy.Duties<ul><li>Greet guests warmly with genuine enthusiasm and provide a friendly first impression</li><li>Manage reservation systems and waitlists efficiently using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS</li><li>Coordinate seating arrangements to optimize table turnover and guest satisfaction</li><li>Answer phone inquiries with professionalism and clear communication, providing accurate wait times and reservation details</li><li>Assist guests with seating, answer questions about the menu or restaurant policies, and address special requests</li><li>Maintain cleanliness in the host stand area and ensure all guest areas are welcoming and organized</li><li>Collaborate with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure seamless service flow and guest satisfaction</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Previous experience as a Host or in a customer service role within food service or restaurant environments preferred</li><li>Strong communication skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and clearly</li><li>Experience using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous</li><li>Knowledge of hospitality standards including guest relations, serving etiquette, and phone etiquette</li><li>Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining a positive attitude</li><li>Hotel or guest services experience is a plus but not required</li><li>Demonstrated commitment to providing outstanding guest experiences through excellent hospitality skills</li></ul>Join us to bring energy, warmth, and professionalism to every guest interaction!
