<div>Experience: 3&ndash;6 years</div>

<div>We are seeking a proactive and technically sound Technical Consultant who will partner with clients to deploy Seclore&rsquo;s data-centric security solutions, troubleshoot complex issues, deliver training, and act as a trusted advisor ensuring success at every step of the journey.</div><br>

<div><b>Here&rsquo;s what you will get to explore:</b></div>
<ul><li>Collaborate with clients to understand technical requirements and recommend the best solutions.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Lead end-to-end deployment and implementation of Seclore products.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Plan and execute upgrades, migrations, and redeployments with minimal client disruption.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Perform system health checks, performance reviews, and optimization.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Troubleshoot complex deployment and integration issues across Windows/Linux servers, databases, and networking.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Develop and deliver technical training programs for clients and internal teams.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Create and maintain HLDs, LLDs, project books, troubleshooting manuals, and best practices.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Act as the technical liaison between clients and Seclore&rsquo;s product/engineering teams.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Drive continuous improvement, automation, and innovation in deployments.</li></ul><br>

<ul><li>Strong experience in technical consulting, deployment, troubleshooting, and performance analysis.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Solid knowledge of web servers, app servers, SSL, server infrastructure, and networking concepts.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Proficiency in Windows Server (2016/2019/2022), Linux (RHEL, Ubuntu).</li></ul>
<ul><li>Ability to design and document client environments for Seclore deployments.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Knowledge of databases (Oracle/MSSQL), Docker containerization, and scripting (Shell, PowerShell).</li></ul>
<ul><li>Industry certifications (MCSE, MCP, RHEL) are a strong plus.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices during upgrades and deployments.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Excellent problem-solving, project management, and client interaction skills.</li></ul><br>

   Ensure consistent growth in the product awareness, adoption, and usage by Seclore&rsquo;s customers.

   Show case product and solution concepts via presentations, demos, user evangelization and effective documentation.
  </li>
  <li>
   Lead discovery sessions with IT and business users to understand the client's business objectives and system/application needs.
  </li>
  <li>
   With excellent understanding of Seclore&rsquo;s product features and related technologies, design the solution that best meets the client's requirements.
  </li>
  <li>
   Proactively create documentary artifacts like business cases, usage scenarios, solution blue- prints, FAQs, meeting notes etc.
  </li>
  <li>
   Lead or work with other customer success teams to ensure successful completion of project milestones for production Go-live, UAT sign-off and the initial rollout phase of the project.
  </li>
  <li>
   Communicate progress and expectations, escalates problems for awareness and resolution.
  </li>
  <li>
   Lead client training sessions
  </li>
  <li>
   Support clients through go-live process and play key role in promoting solution adoption and usage.
  </li>
  <li>
   Provide regular and adequate end user feedback to the product team.
  </li>
  <li>
   Create opportunities for upselling of Seclore&rsquo;s offerings
  </li>
 </ul>
