We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Associate to generate new business opportunities and build strong relationships with healthcare organizations. The ideal candidate will promote healthcare staffing or related services to hospitals, clinics, long-term care facilities, and medical centers.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Identify and target hospitals, clinics, long-term care facilities, and healthcare organizations</li><li>Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and industry events</li><li>Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline</li><li>Conduct market research on healthcare trends and competitor services</li><li>Client Relationship Management</li><li>Develop long-term relationships with healthcare administrators and decision-makers</li><li>Understand client staffing needs, compliance requirements, and service expectations</li><li>Provide tailored staffing and healthcare service solutions</li><li>Ensure high client satisfaction through regular follow-ups</li><li>Sales &amp; Revenue Growth</li><li>Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets</li><li>Prepare proposals, contracts, and service agreements</li><li>Negotiate pricing, terms, and partnership agreements</li><li>Manage contract renewals and upsell opportunities</li><li>Compliance &amp; Industry Knowledge</li><li>Stay updated on healthcare regulations and staffing standards</li><li>Ensure all agreements comply with relevant laws and company policies</li><li>Maintain strict confidentiality and adherence to healthcare privacy standards</li><li>Preferred Qualifications</li><li>Experience selling to hospitals, clinics, or healthcare organizations</li><li>Familiarity with healthcare compliance and regulatory standards</li><li>Experience with CRM tools</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>How many years of experience do you have in business development?</li><li>Do you have experience working with healthcare clients (hospitals, clinics, or medical centers)?</li><li>Which CRM tools have you used?</li><li>Briefly describe your approach to generating new leads in a competitive market</li><li>Have you sold staffing or recruitment services before?</li></ul>Work Location: Remote
