Business Development Associate

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Associate to generate new business opportunities and build strong relationships with healthcare organizations. The ideal candidate will promote healthcare staffing or related services to hospitals, clinics, long-term care facilities, and medical centers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target hospitals, clinics, long-term care facilities, and healthcare organizations
  • Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and industry events
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
  • Conduct market research on healthcare trends and competitor services
  • Client Relationship Management
  • Develop long-term relationships with healthcare administrators and decision-makers
  • Understand client staffing needs, compliance requirements, and service expectations
  • Provide tailored staffing and healthcare service solutions
  • Ensure high client satisfaction through regular follow-ups
  • Sales & Revenue Growth
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Prepare proposals, contracts, and service agreements
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and partnership agreements
  • Manage contract renewals and upsell opportunities
  • Compliance & Industry Knowledge
  • Stay updated on healthcare regulations and staffing standards
  • Ensure all agreements comply with relevant laws and company policies
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and adherence to healthcare privacy standards
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience selling to hospitals, clinics, or healthcare organizations
  • Familiarity with healthcare compliance and regulatory standards
  • Experience with CRM tools

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
