If you thrive in a lively, motivating atmosphere and possess a deep knowledge of esthetic treatments, this is your opportunity to shine!Responsibilities<ul><li>Lead and manage daily spa operations, ensuring smooth workflow and high service standards</li><li>Oversee scheduling, staff training, and performance evaluations to foster a motivated team environment</li><li>Perform advanced esthetic treatments including laser therapy, facials, dermabrasion, and body waxing.</li><li>Maintain rigorous sanitation protocols to ensure safety and compliance with health regulations</li><li>Educate clients on skincare routines, product demos, and retail sales opportunities to enhance their experience and increase revenue</li><li>Manage inventory levels for skincare products, tools, and supplies while coordinating retail sales efforts</li><li>Deliver personalized consultations to recommend appropriate treatments tailored to individual client needs</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Valid cosmetology license with experience in esthetic laser treatments and dermabrasion techniques.</li><li>Experience in a management or leadership role.</li><li>Strong communication skills to effectively connect with clients and team members</li><li>Demonstrated ability to uphold sanitation standards consistently across all treatments</li><li>Experience in retail sales with a focus on skincare products and client education</li><li>Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate staff and manage daily operations efficiently</li><li>Knowledge of product demos and the ability to introduce new treatments confidently</li></ul>Join us in creating a vibrant spa environment where beauty meets wellness!
