Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily spa operations, ensuring smooth workflow and high service standards
• Oversee scheduling, staff training, and performance evaluations to foster a motivated team environment
• Perform advanced esthetic treatments including laser therapy, facials, dermabrasion, and body waxing.
• Maintain rigorous sanitation protocols to ensure safety and compliance with health regulations
• Educate clients on skincare routines, product demos, and retail sales opportunities to enhance their experience and increase revenue
• Manage inventory levels for skincare products, tools, and supplies while coordinating retail sales efforts
• Deliver personalized consultations to recommend appropriate treatments tailored to individual client needs

Qualifications

• Valid cosmetology license with experience in esthetic laser treatments and dermabrasion techniques.
• Experience in a management or leadership role.
• Strong communication skills to effectively connect with clients and team members
• Demonstrated ability to uphold sanitation standards consistently across all treatments
• Experience in retail sales with a focus on skincare products and client education
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate staff and manage daily operations efficiently
• Knowledge of product demos and the ability to introduce new treatments confidently

Pay Rate

• Hourly range of $20-$30 per hour plus commission on all services.

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
