We are seeking an experienced Land Surveyor to join our technical and site execution teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in surveying works related to construction, infrastructure, and fit-out projects, ensuring accuracy, quality, and compliance with design and site requirements.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Conduct topographic, boundary, and layout surveys using total station, GPS, and level instruments.</li><li>Establish control points and benchmarks on-site and verify site levels and dimensions.</li><li>Coordinate with site engineers, drafting team, and project managers to ensure alignment with approved drawings.</li><li>Prepare and maintain accurate survey data, records, and reports.</li><li>Verify subcontractor works and prepare as-built survey drawings.</li><li>Ensure compliance with project specifications, QA/QC standards, and safety regulations.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Diploma or Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.</li><li>Minimum 5 years of experience in land surveying for construction projects.</li><li>Proficient in Total Station, GPS, AutoCAD, and surveying software.</li><li>Strong knowledge of site layout, leveling, and quantity verification.</li><li>Arabic-speaking candidates currently based in Riyadh are preferred.</li><li>Saudi Driving Licence is a must</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Do you have a Saudi Driving licence or any equaveilent that allows you drive in KSA?</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>surveying : 5 years (Preferred)</li></ul>
