Architectural Foreman

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Foreman to lead and supervise architectural and finishing works on site and ensure proper execution according to drawings and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervising daily architectural and finishing works on site

- Managing and directing foremen and skilled workers

- Distributing daily tasks and monitoring productivity

- Ensuring works are executed according to drawings and instructions

- Coordinating with site engineers and other trades

- Reporting daily progress and site issues to the project team

- Ensuring proper workmanship and housekeeping on site

Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years’ experience as an Architectural Foreman or similar role

- Proven experience in finishing works (walls, ceilings, floors, doors, finishes)

- Ability to read and understand architectural drawings

- Strong leadership and site supervision skills

- Ability to work on-site, 6 days per week
