Job Overview We are seeking friendly, energetic, and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Host/Food Runner/Busser. This role is vital in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests and ensuring smooth service operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in food service and hospitality, excellent communication skills, and a passion for guest relations. This position offers an opportunity to develop hospitality skills in a dynamic restaurant environment.Responsibilities<ul><li>Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage seating arrangements efficiently</li><li>Assist servers by delivering food from the kitchen to tables promptly and accurately</li><li>Clear tables of used dishes, glassware, and silverware to maintain cleanliness and readiness for new guests</li><li>Refill beverages and respond to guest requests courteously and promptly</li><li>Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including resetting tables for new guests</li><li>Support the front-of-house team with various guest service tasks as needed</li><li>Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing when required</li><li>Uphold high standards of hospitality and ensure an exceptional guest experience</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Prior host/hostess experience or food service background preferred</li><li>Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor</li><li>Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and guest relations</li><li>Familiarity with restaurant POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus</li><li>Knowledge of hospitality standards and guest services in a restaurant or hotel setting</li><li>Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism</li><li>Team-oriented attitude with good organizational skills</li><li>Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities during busy service hours</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $10.00 - $15.00 per hourWork Location: In person
