Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage seating arrangements efficiently
• Assist servers by delivering food from the kitchen to tables promptly and accurately
• Clear tables of used dishes, glassware, and silverware to maintain cleanliness and readiness for new guests
• Refill beverages and respond to guest requests courteously and promptly
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including resetting tables for new guests
• Support the front-of-house team with various guest service tasks as needed
• Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing when required
• Uphold high standards of hospitality and ensure an exceptional guest experience

Skills

• Prior host/hostess experience or food service background preferred
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
• Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and guest relations
• Familiarity with restaurant POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus
• Knowledge of hospitality standards and guest services in a restaurant or hotel setting
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism
• Team-oriented attitude with good organizational skills
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities during busy service hours

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $10.00 - $15.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
