We are looking for an Assistant Teacher in our Child Care Center. The Assistant Teacher will serve as an assistant to the lead teacher within their designated classroom. They will be responsible for helping children engage in developmentally appropriate activities and play. They should take on the day to day responsibilities of a lead teacher if the lead teacher is unable to be present within the classroom. As well, they will be expected to hold high standards of cleanliness, organization, and positivity. Child Care Assistant Teacher

The 4K Teacher should be an individual with a teaching license certifying them to teach the 4K age. They will be responsible for following curriculum provided by the Eau Claire Area School Districts EC4T Programming. It is expected that they be able to create and develop lesson plans and activities that align with the curriculum and effectively engage the children. They will be responsible for helping children engage in developmentally appropriate activities and play. As well, they will be expected to hold high standards of cleanliness, organization, and positivity.
