The Service Technician / Delivery Driver will provide technical service to Seed &amp; Stock&rsquo;s clients for their coffee and water equipment. The Service Technician / Delivery Driver is also responsible for delivering orders safely while providing excellent customer service. As the face of the company, the Service Technician / Delivery Driver must project a professional, positive image and treat every client like they are family.Seed &amp; Stock is a fast-growing company and this role offers excellent advancement opportunities and daily contact with the Company&rsquo;s owners.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Install, repair and maintain coffee and water equipment</li><li>Manage sufficient parts and equipment inventory</li><li>Prepare deliveries for shipment</li><li>Load company vehicle according to delivery route</li><li>Deliver orders to clients safely and on-time</li><li>Use a hand truck / pallet jack to make inside deliveries</li><li>Foster strong relationships with clients and make sure they are always happy</li><li>Listen to and resolve any issues or complaints</li><li>Inform customers of new products and services</li><li>Keep company vehicle clean and organized at all times</li><li>Perform all job functions in a safe and professional manner</li></ul>We Offer:<ul><li>Competitive compensation</li><li>Opportunities for advancement</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>2 years service technician and/or route delivery driver experience preferred</li><li>Clean DMV record with zero points or restrictions</li><li>Basic mechanical aptitude</li><li>Electrical and plumbing experience preferred</li><li>Successful completion of a pre-employment background check, physical, and drug screen</li><li>High School Diploma or GED</li><li>Ability to lift up to 50lbs frequently</li><li>Ability to operate (or willingness to learn) material handling equipment</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Strong initiative; ability to work independently and follow through safely and accurately on assignments with minimal supervision</li><li>Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Ability to work a flexible schedule and overtime based on company needs</li><li>Must be able to walk, stand, and kneel for extended periods</li><li>$30 - 40 / hour starting pay depending on experience</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hourWork Location: In person
