Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented case management paralegal for a boutique personal injury law firm.Duties<ul><li>Manage legal case files from intake though trial</li><li>Delegate and track all firm output including Summons &amp; Complaints, Discovery and Motions.</li><li>Provide executive administrative support including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and handling phone etiquette</li><li>Draft, proofread, and review legal documents including discovery requests, and correspondence</li><li>Conduct interviews with clients and witnesses to gather pertinent case information</li><li>Assist with project management tasks related to ongoing cases or legal initiatives</li><li>Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of all legal administrative duties</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>At least 10 years of paralegal experience</li><li>Strong knowledge of personal injury law</li><li>Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Experience with document management systems like CloudLex or eDOCS is highly desirable</li><li>Excellent writing skills for drafting legal documents and correspondence</li><li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage the firm&rsquo;s output</li><li>Attention to detail for proofreading and document review tasks</li><li>Effective interviewing skills for client interactions and witness statements</li></ul>Pay: $100,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
