Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented case management paralegal for a boutique personal injury law firm.
Duties
- Manage legal case files from intake though trial
- Delegate and track all firm output including Summons & Complaints, Discovery and Motions.
- Provide executive administrative support including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and handling phone etiquette
- Draft, proofread, and review legal documents including discovery requests, and correspondence
- Conduct interviews with clients and witnesses to gather pertinent case information
- Assist with project management tasks related to ongoing cases or legal initiatives
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of all legal administrative duties
Qualifications
- At least 10 years of paralegal experience
- Strong knowledge of personal injury law
- Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with document management systems like CloudLex or eDOCS is highly desirable
- Excellent writing skills for drafting legal documents and correspondence
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage the firm’s output
- Attention to detail for proofreading and document review tasks
- Effective interviewing skills for client interactions and witness statements
Pay: $100,000.00 per year
