Responsibilities include: 

<ul><li> Welcoming visitors
</li></ul><ul><li> Answering multi-line phone system</li></ul>
<ul><li> Directing calls quickly and accurately</li></ul>
<ul><li> Maintaining Company security by following documented procedures</li></ul>
<ul><li> Maintaining a safe and clean reception area</li></ul>
<ul><li> Processing and maintaining office equipment including postage meter, fax, and copiers/scanners</li></ul>

This position is also responsible for additional administrative functions across various departments. These include:
<ul><li> Human Resources administration as needed</li></ul>
<ul><li> Spreadsheet tracking</li></ul>
<ul><li> Database maintenance</li></ul>
<ul><li> Processing literature requests</li></ul>
<ul><li> Creating letters and notices</li></ul>
<ul><li> Proofreading duties for various company literature</li></ul>
<ul><li> AP Invoice Entry and AR Posting
</li></ul><ul><li> All other administrative duties as requested</li></ul> 


Requirements: 

<ul><li> High school diploma or GED required</li></ul>
<ul><li> 3+ years of experience in Reception/Customer Service
</li></ul><ul><li> Candidates must have excellent verbal communication and listening skills and must always conduct themselves with the utmost professionalism</li></ul>
<ul><li> Experience with computer based phone transfer is a bonus
</li></ul><ul><li> Candidates for this position must have working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook Basic computer proficiency (Word, Excel, etc.) Familiarity with other software products is a plus.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Must be customer focused, have superior organizational skills</li></ul>
<ul><li> Candidates must maintain strong attention to detail and have the ability to persevere in high demand situations.
</li></ul><ul><li> Ability to proof read and update documents is helpful for this position</li></ul></div>
