POSITION SUMMARY:This position reports to the Inspection Supervisor and is responsible for operating finished goods conveyors; ensuring wrappings are correct; entering information and placing material in proper storage containers.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:<ul><li>Responsible for running conveyors that feed wrapping machine.</li><li>Ensure all rolls are wrapped and sealed properly.</li><li>Enter piece and weight, location, etc. into the system.</li><li>Physically place rolls in correct location.</li><li>Change film on wrapper as needed.</li><li>Clean work areas daily.</li><li>Fill in for Inspection Service Operator as needed.</li><li>Perform other duties as required in support of department goals.</li></ul>MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:<ul><li>High school degree or equivalent preferred</li><li>Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Must have some ability to work well without close supervision.</li><li>Must be able to obtain and maintain forklift license.</li><li>Prior fabric inspection experience preferred.</li><li>Ability to make low-level decisions.</li><li>Organizational and customer service skills.</li><li>Basic mathematical skills and analysis/problem solving skills preferred.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Tuition reimbursement</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Computer skills: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person

Wrapper Operator -2nd Shift

This position is responsible to operate the warping machines in the Warping Department and also the Circular Knit machines. This position is on 3rd shift.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:<ul><li>Responsible to run yarn onto beams and have knowledge of which specific size beams need to be used.</li><li>Responsible for keeping the warper running consistently by doffing the beams and fixing end breaks.</li><li>Responsible for reloading yarn on the creel as needed to keep the warper running.</li><li>Responsible for filling out the checklist at the beginning of the shift and checking each item with the warper to ensure proper functionality.</li><li>Responsible for helping in the creels when the need arises or when requested by warping team leader/warping supervisor.</li><li>Responsible for keeping the area around the warper head and the creel clean and free of trash with excess yarn packages stored in their designated area.</li><li>Responsible for letting the team leader/supervisor know if any more yarn is needed to complete the creel load.</li><li>Responsible for entering the correct data for each beam into the computer while doffing and saving the creel load upon completion to update the inventory.</li><li>Responsible for setting up the warping machine according to the SOP for the appropriate style.</li><li>Responsible for filling out beam related paperwork and making sure it is organized accordingly</li><li>Responsible for running the circular knit machines.</li><li>Responsible for checking circular knit machines quality and notifying team leader or supervisor of any quality issues.</li><li>Responsible for keeping the area around the circular knit machines clean and free of trash.</li><li>Responsible for creeling the circular knit machines</li><li>Perform other duties as requested by the warping team leader/Supervisor of the warping department.</li><li>Responsible for following all safety and quality standards set forth by the company.</li></ul>QUALIFICATIONS:<ul><li>High school degree or equivalent preferred</li><li>Somewhat important to have good written &amp; verbal communication skills</li><li>Somewhat important to have low-level decision making skills</li><li>Very important to have good organizational skills and the ability to work well without close supervision</li><li>Very important to have basic mathematical ability</li><li>Important to have good analysis/problem solving skills</li><li>Somewhat important to have basic computer skills</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>On-the-job training</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
