Not a concept, not a beta, not a pitch deck.Role OverviewThis is a quota-carrying sales role for a true salesmaker. You will be responsible for generating and closing new business across consulting services and software products. You&rsquo;ll work directly with senior leadership and have visibility into strategy, pipeline, and performance.You are expected to create opportunities, run disciplined sales cycles, and close deals.What You Will Own<ul><li>Build and manage a pipeline of qualified opportunities</li><li>Prospect into construction companies using Viewpoint Vista and Viewpoint Spectrum</li><li>Sell SelectView software products and integrations, Power BI consulting, and Vista consulting</li><li>Lead discovery conversations with finance, operations, and executive stakeholders</li><li>Position solutions based on real business impact, not features</li><li>Run demos, proposals, and negotiations through close</li><li>Work directly with senior leadership on deal strategy and prioritization</li><li>Hit and exceed revenue targets</li></ul>Experience &amp; QualificationsRequired<ul><li>3+ years of quota-carrying B2B sales experience in software, consulting, or data solutions</li><li>Experience selling into construction, engineering, or contracting companies</li><li>Working knowledge of Viewpoint Vista or other construction ERP systems (Vista experience strongly preferred)</li><li>Proven ability to generate pipeline through outbound efforts</li><li>Strong discovery and qualification skills&mdash;ability to communicate clearly with senior stakeholders</li><li>Comfortable owning deals from first contact through close</li><li>High accountability and internal drive; able to operate independently in a remote environment</li></ul>Preferred<ul><li>Direct hands-on experience with Viewpoint Vista or Viewpoint Spectrum environments</li><li>Experience selling Power BI or business intelligence solutions</li><li>Background in construction accounting, project management, or operations</li><li>Familiarity with other construction ERP systems</li><li>Experience with integrations, reporting workflows, or data environments</li><li>Existing relationships within the construction industry</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Benefits<ul><li>$150,000-$200,000 OTE with strong upside and uncapped commissions</li><li>$60,000-$75,000 base depending on experience</li><li>Benefits including health insurance and 401(k)</li><li>Clear quota and performance expectations</li><li>Direct reporting line to senior leadership</li><li>High visibility into company growth and strategy</li></ul>Why This Role Is a Career MoveThis isn&rsquo;t just a sales job&mdash;it&rsquo;s an opportunity to build something.
