You will be selling solutions that already have proven client success behind them. Not a concept, not a beta, not a pitch deck.

Role Overview

This is a quota-carrying sales role for a true salesmaker. You will be responsible for generating and closing new business across consulting services and software products. You’ll work directly with senior leadership and have visibility into strategy, pipeline, and performance.

You are expected to create opportunities, run disciplined sales cycles, and close deals.

What You Will Own

  • Build and manage a pipeline of qualified opportunities
  • Prospect into construction companies using Viewpoint Vista and Viewpoint Spectrum
  • Sell SelectView software products and integrations, Power BI consulting, and Vista consulting
  • Lead discovery conversations with finance, operations, and executive stakeholders
  • Position solutions based on real business impact, not features
  • Run demos, proposals, and negotiations through close
  • Work directly with senior leadership on deal strategy and prioritization
  • Hit and exceed revenue targets

Experience & QualificationsRequired

  • 3+ years of quota-carrying B2B sales experience in software, consulting, or data solutions
  • Experience selling into construction, engineering, or contracting companies
  • Working knowledge of Viewpoint Vista or other construction ERP systems (Vista experience strongly preferred)
  • Proven ability to generate pipeline through outbound efforts
  • Strong discovery and qualification skills—ability to communicate clearly with senior stakeholders
  • Comfortable owning deals from first contact through close
  • High accountability and internal drive; able to operate independently in a remote environment

Preferred

  • Direct hands-on experience with Viewpoint Vista or Viewpoint Spectrum environments
  • Experience selling Power BI or business intelligence solutions
  • Background in construction accounting, project management, or operations
  • Familiarity with other construction ERP systems
  • Experience with integrations, reporting workflows, or data environments
  • Existing relationships within the construction industry

Compensation & Benefits

  • $150,000-$200,000 OTE with strong upside and uncapped commissions
  • $60,000-$75,000 base depending on experience
  • Benefits including health insurance and 401(k)
  • Clear quota and performance expectations

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
