  • Are you comfortable climbing ladders and walking roofs or elevated surfaces as part of inspections, with training and safety procedures?
  • Do you enjoy building long term customer relationships rather than making one time transactional sales?
  • Are you willing to manage your own schedule, follow up consistently, and hold yourself accountable without daily supervision?
  • Have you previously used a CRM or sales tracking system to log activities, notes, and follow ups?

  • Are you comfortable having direct, honest conversations with customers about problems, pricing, and solutions?
  • Do you prefer working in the field rather than sitting behind a desk all day?

  • Are you coachable and willing to learn our roofing systems, assessments, and company processes even if you have roofing experience today?
  • Are you comfortable taking photos, writing notes, and documenting your work clearly using technology?
  • Do you have a valid driver's license in good standing, with valid auto insurance, and reliable transportation?
