The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who can balance speed, accuracy, and efficiency ensuring orders are fulfilled quickly while maintaining impeccable quality standards.You&rsquo;ll manage people, processes, and inventory, continuously improving workflows to support the company&rsquo;s rapid growth.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Lead and manage daily operations of the production and fulfillment departments.</li><li>Oversee production scheduling, workflow, and staffing to meet fulfillment deadlines.</li><li>Maintain accurate inventory management, including forecasting, stock control, and material ordering.</li><li>Implement and improve SOPs to optimize productivity and ensure consistent product quality.</li><li>Manage, train, and motivate team members to achieve performance goals.</li><li>Coordinate with leadership to align production targets with sales and demand forecasts.</li><li>Monitor key performance metrics and report regularly on efficiency and output.</li><li>Maintain a clean, safe, and organized production environment in compliance with quality and safety standards.</li><li>Troubleshoot operational bottlenecks and proactively develop solutions.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>3+ years of experience managing operations, production, or fulfillment in a manufacturing or e-commerce environment.</li><li>Proven track record of leadership and team management with a hands-on approach.</li><li>Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.</li><li>Proficiency with inventory management systems and digital tools (Shopify or similar experience preferred).</li><li>Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>A passion for excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.</li></ul>Who You Are<ul><li>A proactive leader who thrives on structure, efficiency, and results.</li><li>Detail-oriented, dependable, and focused on getting the job done right - and fast.</li><li>A strong communicator who motivates others through clarity and consistency.</li><li>A professional who sees challenges as opportunities for innovation and growth.</li></ul>Our CultureWe believe in doing work that matters.
