We are a growing real estate investment company looking for a reliable, experienced communicator to handle warm inbound leads and turn conversations into opportunities.This role is primarily phone-based. If you&rsquo;re someone who can build trust quickly, stay consistent, and perform daily &mdash; you&rsquo;ll do very well here.Schedule:<ul><li>12-7pm</li></ul>Compensation:<ul><li>$2,800/month base pay</li><li>4&ndash;5% commission on closed deals</li><li>Performance bonuses for consistency and appointments</li><li>Strong performers typically earn $4,000&ndash;$6,000+/month</li></ul>What You&rsquo;ll Do:<ul><li>Call warm and pre-qualified leads (majority of your role)</li><li>Follow up via phone and text</li><li>Build rapport with property owners</li><li>Gather key details and move deals forward</li><li>Work directly with a focused, fast-moving team</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For:<ul><li>Sales experience REQUIRED (phone experience strongly preferred)</li><li>Strong communication skills &mdash; you can talk to anyone comfortably</li><li>Consistent, reliable, and professional</li><li>Typically 30+ with real-world experience</li><li>Someone who values stability, structure, and long-term income</li></ul>This Role Is NOT For:<ul><li>People looking to start their own real estate business</li><li>&ldquo;Side hustlers&rdquo; or part-time mindsets</li><li>Job hoppers or inconsistent performers</li></ul>We are building a long-term team, not a training ground.If you&rsquo;re looking for a solid position where you can plug into a proven system, perform, and get paid well &mdash; this is a great fit.To Apply:Reply with your experience and a short note on why you&rsquo;re a good fit for a consistent, performance-based role.Pay: $2,800.00 per monthPeople with a criminal record are encouraged to applyWork Location: In person
