Real Estate Lead Specialist (Phone-Based) – Base + Commission

We are a growing real estate investment company looking for a reliable, experienced communicator to handle warm inbound leads and turn conversations into opportunities.

This role is primarily phone-based. If you’re someone who can build trust quickly, stay consistent, and perform daily — you’ll do very well here.

Schedule:

• 12-7pm

Compensation:

• $2,800/month base pay
• 4–5% commission on closed deals
• Performance bonuses for consistency and appointments
• Strong performers typically earn $4,000–$6,000+/month

What You’ll Do:

• Call warm and pre-qualified leads (majority of your role)
• Follow up via phone and text
• Build rapport with property owners
• Gather key details and move deals forward
• Work directly with a focused, fast-moving team

What We’re Looking For:

• Sales experience REQUIRED (phone experience strongly preferred)
• Strong communication skills — you can talk to anyone comfortably
• Consistent, reliable, and professional
• Typically 30+ with real-world experience
• Someone who values stability, structure, and long-term income

This Role Is NOT For:

• People looking to start their own real estate business
• “Side hustlers” or part-time mindsets
• Job hoppers or inconsistent performers
