LAW FIRM MARKETING EXPERIENCE REQUIRED -- NO RECRUITERS PLEASEThis is a part-time position (20-25 hous/week).Responsibilities: Under general supervision, in collaboration with the Administrative Director, this position will support the firm&rsquo;s attorney recruitment efforts while strengthening the firm&rsquo;s online presence through strategic social media marketing. This role combines legal talent acquisition, employer branding, and digital marketing to attract top legal talent and enhance the firm&rsquo;s visibility in the legal market.Daily Tasks -- Attorney Recruiting:<ul><li>Source, identify, and recruit lateral attorneys for open positions</li><li>Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through direct outreach, networking, and social platforms</li><li>Work with AD on coordinating candidate screening interviews and to evaluate qualifications</li><li>Build relationships with law schools, bar associations, and legal organizations</li><li>Attend legal networking events, OCIs, and career fairs to identify potential candidates</li></ul>Social Media &amp; Legal Marketing:<ul><li>Develop and manage the firm&rsquo;s social media presence on platforms such as:</li><li>LinkedIn</li><li>Instagram</li><li>X (Twitter)</li><li>Facebook</li><li>Create engaging content highlighting:</li><li>Attorney achievements</li><li>Firm culture</li><li>Legal insights</li><li>Career opportunities</li><li>Community involvement</li><li>Promote open attorney positions through targeted social media campaigns</li><li>Maintain consistency in branding, messaging, and professional tone across all platforms</li><li>Support marketing campaigns related to recruiting initiatives</li></ul>Firm Branding:<ul><li>Position the firm as an employer of choice in the legal industry</li><li>Showcase firm culture through social media storytelling</li><li>Develop recruitment marketing materials including:</li><li>Attorney spotlight posts</li><li>Career opportunity posts</li><li>Recruitment videos</li><li>Firm event coverage</li><li>Maintain an attractive and updated careers page and online recruiting presence</li></ul>Requirements and Skills for Success:<ul><li>Solid organizational skills and attention to detail</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft programs (Word, PowerPoint)</li><li>Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build relationships with attorneys and legal professionals</li><li>Strong knowledge of OCI and law student recruiting processes</li><li>Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and adapt to shifting priorities with tight deadlines</li><li>Strong knowledge of social media marketing and content creation</li><li>Experience with LinkedIn recruiting tools and legal job platforms</li><li>Knowledge of the legal hiring market and lateral recruiting</li><li>Familiarity with CRM or applicant tracking systems (ATS)</li><li>Basic graphic design or content creation skills (e.g., Canva)</li><li>Proficient knowledge and understanding of digital marketing analytics</li></ul>Job Type: Part-timePay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hourEducation:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Law Firm Marketing : 2 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
