Job Summary:We are looking for a skilled and experienced Auto Mechanical Supervisor to manage the mechanical operations of our garage. The candidate will lead a team of technicians, ensure high-quality repairs, and maintain efficient workflow while meeting customer expectations.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Supervise daily mechanical repair and maintenance activities</li><li>Diagnose complex vehicle issues and guide technicians on repairs</li><li>Allocate jobs and monitor progress to meet deadlines</li><li>Ensure all work is completed to high quality and safety standards</li><li>Coordinate with service advisors and customers regarding repair status</li><li>Maintain workshop discipline, cleanliness, and safety compliance</li><li>Monitor tools, equipment, and spare parts inventory</li><li>Train and mentor junior mechanics</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum 5&ndash;7 years of experience in automotive mechanical repairs</li><li>At least 2&ndash;3 years in a supervisory role</li><li>Strong knowledge of engines, transmissions, suspension, and electrical systems</li><li>Ability to diagnose faults using modern diagnostic tools</li><li>Good leadership and communication skills</li><li>Diploma/Certification in Automotive Engineering or related field preferred</li></ul>Benefits:<ul><li>Competitive salary package [Based on experience]</li><li>Accommodation</li><li>Annual leave and air ticket as per Qatar labor law</li></ul>How to Apply:Send your CV to: [hrsemcocars@gmail.com] Contact: [+974 66801515]Pay: QAR2,000.00 - QAR3,500.00 per monthWork Location: In person
