This position offers an exciting opportunity for experienced mechanics eager to work with diverse vehicle systems and advanced diagnostic tools in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities<ul><li>Conduct thorough vehicle diagnostics using state-of-the-art automotive electrical systems and schematics to identify issues accurately.</li><li>Perform repairs and maintenance on various vehicle components, including engines, transmissions, powertrains, and diesel engines.</li><li>Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and automotive service equipment to complete repairs efficiently.</li><li>Execute wheel alignments and ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) calibrations to ensure vehicle safety features operate correctly.</li><li>Interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagnostic codes to troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical problems.</li><li>Provide exceptional customer service by explaining repair needs clearly and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the service process.</li><li>Maintain detailed service records, complete auto estimating tasks, and ensure all work complies with dealership standards and safety regulations.</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Proven dealership experience with a strong background in automotive repair and maintenance.</li><li>Extensive knowledge of automotive electrical systems, schematics, and diagnostics tools.</li><li>Hands-on experience with ADAS calibration, alignment procedures, transmissions, and powertrain components.</li><li>Mechanical expertise in diesel engine repair, welding techniques, and general vehicle maintenance.</li><li>Familiarity with auto estimating software and customer service best practices in a dealership setting.</li><li>Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and specialized automotive service machinery confidently.</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills combined with excellent communication abilities to explain technical issues clearly to customers.
