Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough vehicle diagnostics using state-of-the-art automotive electrical systems and schematics to identify issues accurately.
• Perform repairs and maintenance on various vehicle components, including engines, transmissions, powertrains, and diesel engines.
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and automotive service equipment to complete repairs efficiently.
• Execute wheel alignments and ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) calibrations to ensure vehicle safety features operate correctly.
• Interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagnostic codes to troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical problems.
• Provide exceptional customer service by explaining repair needs clearly and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the service process.
• Maintain detailed service records, complete auto estimating tasks, and ensure all work complies with dealership standards and safety regulations.

Skills

• Proven dealership experience with a strong background in automotive repair and maintenance.
• Extensive knowledge of automotive electrical systems, schematics, and diagnostics tools.
• Hands-on experience with ADAS calibration, alignment procedures, transmissions, and powertrain components.
• Mechanical expertise in diesel engine repair, welding techniques, and general vehicle maintenance.
• Familiarity with auto estimating software and customer service best practices in a dealership setting.
• Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and specialized automotive service machinery confidently.
• Strong problem-solving skills combined with excellent communication abilities to explain technical issues clearly to customers.
