You&rsquo;ll handle everything from newsletters and brochures to AdWords campaigns, distributor relationships, CRM reports, and video production. The role requires technical comfort: you don&rsquo;t need to be an engineer, but you should be confident in learning how our products fit into industrial processes.The position is on-site in our office in Madison, NJ.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Lead Generation &amp; Campaigns</li><li>Plan and run marketing campaigns across AdWords, Amazon, email, and digital channels.</li><li>Track ROI and adjust for maximum impact.</li><li>Product Launches &amp; Sales Enablement</li><li>Support new product introductions from strategy to collateral, distributor enablement, and launch communications.</li><li>Partner closely with the sales team to deliver timely collateral, reports, and incentive program support.</li><li>Content &amp; Creative Development</li><li>Write and design newsletters, brochures, application guides, case studies, and videos.</li><li>Oversee YouTube production, coordinate photography, and maintain a current, organized library of marketing materials.</li><li>Website &amp; Digital Presence</li><li>Update and modernize company websites, improve shopping cart functionality and conversion rates.</li><li>Drive SEO initiatives and manage contractors to strengthen our digital footprint.</li><li>CRM, Data &amp; Analytics</li><li>Maintain CRM accuracy, ensure data hygiene, and produce actionable sales reports.</li><li>Monitor website performance, campaign conversion, and sales funnel metrics, providing insights to leadership.</li><li>Market Research &amp; Brand Positioning</li><li>Conduct industry research, source/refine prospect lists, and track competitors.</li><li>Ensure consistent messaging, product terminology, and value proposition across all channels.</li><li>PR, Vendors &amp; Partnerships</li><li>Draft press releases, case studies, and technical notes; support webinars and articles to build thought leadership.</li><li>Manage the marketing budget and coordinate external vendors (designers, SEO, photographers, videographers).</li><li>Strengthen distributor relationships and help drive joint marketing initiatives.</li></ul>QualificationsEssential:<ul><li>5&ndash;10 years of B2B industrial marketing experience.</li><li>Engineering acumen or technical background very helpful; must be comfortable engaging with industrial/engineering content.</li><li>Expertise with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).</li><li>Proven experience running AdWords, Amazon, and email campaigns.</li><li>Strong writing skills for newsletters, brochures, and marketing campaigns.</li><li>Hands-on, resourceful, and comfortable working daily with executives and sales.</li><li>Developing and presenting customer customized presentations</li></ul>Nice to Have:<ul><li>Distributor channel marketing experience.</li><li>Strong fluency in various ai products.</li><li>Photo and video production coordination experience.</li></ul>Why Join Us?<ul><li>Work closely with the CEO and sales team&mdash;your contributions will have immediate impact.</li><li>Highly varied role: from digital campaigns to brochures to CRM dashboards, every day is different.</li><li>Entrepreneurial environment: lean, fast, no corporate red tape.</li><li>Competitive pay with performance bonus.</li><li>On-site role with close collaboration and visibility.</li></ul>Company Description:Founded in 1990, Sensor Products Inc.
