Marketing Manager – Business to Business Scientific Products

Who we seek:

This is a hands-on marketing role—ideal for someone who loves rolling up their sleeves. You’ll handle everything from newsletters and brochures to AdWords campaigns, distributor relationships, CRM reports, and video production. The role requires technical comfort: you don’t need to be an engineer, but you should be confident in learning how our products fit into industrial processes.

The position is on-site in our office in Madison, NJ.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Campaigns
  • Plan and run marketing campaigns across AdWords, Amazon, email, and digital channels.
  • Track ROI and adjust for maximum impact.
  • Product Launches & Sales Enablement
  • Support new product introductions from strategy to collateral, distributor enablement, and launch communications.
  • Partner closely with the sales team to deliver timely collateral, reports, and incentive program support.
  • Content & Creative Development
  • Write and design newsletters, brochures, application guides, case studies, and videos.
  • Oversee YouTube production, coordinate photography, and maintain a current, organized library of marketing materials.
  • Website & Digital Presence
  • Update and modernize company websites, improve shopping cart functionality and conversion rates.
  • Drive SEO initiatives and manage contractors to strengthen our digital footprint.
  • CRM, Data & Analytics
  • Maintain CRM accuracy, ensure data hygiene, and produce actionable sales reports.
  • Monitor website performance, campaign conversion, and sales funnel metrics, providing insights to leadership.
  • Market Research & Brand Positioning
  • Conduct industry research, source/refine prospect lists, and track competitors.
  • Ensure consistent messaging, product terminology, and value proposition across all channels.
  • PR, Vendors & Partnerships
  • Draft press releases, case studies, and technical notes; support webinars and articles to build thought leadership.
  • Manage the marketing budget and coordinate external vendors (designers, SEO, photographers, videographers).
  • Strengthen distributor relationships and help drive joint marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

Essential:

  • 5–10 years of B2B industrial marketing experience.
  • Engineering acumen or technical background very helpful; must be comfortable engaging with industrial/engineering content.
  • Expertise with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
  • Proven experience running AdWords, Amazon, and email campaigns.
  • Strong writing skills for newsletters, brochures, and marketing campaigns.
  • Hands-on, resourceful, and comfortable working daily with executives and sales.
  • Developing and presenting customer customized presentations

Nice to Have:

  • Distributor channel marketing experience.
  • Strong fluency in various ai products.
  • Photo and video production coordination experience.
